Postage within Australia is added at the checkout.   Please contact office@pedalpower.org.au  for overseas postage options.

Pick up from Pedal Power’s office is free.

Delivery

We will endeavour to meet your order and to arrange delivery as quickly as possible. 

If your item is out of stock, dispatch of your order could involve some weeks’ delay.  Should that be the case, we will contact you to inform you of this and to offer you the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund.

Returns

Please select your article and sizes carefully.  You should refer to the sizing description for each item featured on this website that you may consider purchasing. 

All refunds and exchanges will be in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.  That is, we will offer you a refund or exchange if the product you buy is not in accordance with that Law’s guarantees relating to the supply of goods (quality, fitness for disclosed purpose, etc), but not if you simply change your mind about the purchase.
